Certified Behavior Technician

BrightSpring Health Services is hiring a Part Time Certified Behavior Technician in Renton, King County, Washington to join our behavioral health team and help individuals achieve meaningful progress through evidence-based, personalized care.

About the Role

Working with SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, you'll deliver direct behavioral health support to clients and their families in a part-time capacity that fits your schedule. Under clinical supervision, you'll implement individualized intervention plans, foster therapeutic relationships, and contribute to a clinically led environment where evidence-based practice drives every decision. Your Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed and overseen by licensed behavior analysts and clinical supervisors
• Collect and record behavioral data, progress notes, and client observations with precision
• Build and maintain supportive relationships that encourage client engagement and skill development
• Teach adaptive skills and reinforce positive behaviors in clinic and community settings
• Communicate progress updates and behavioral concerns to the clinical treatment team
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and professional standards

Qualifications

• Current Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) credential
• Compassionate approach and genuine motivation to support client success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for a part-time schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent required
