About the Role

• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and coordinate replenishment.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing according to brand guidelines.
• Support loss‑prevention initiatives and enforce safety protocols for employees and customers.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to foster a positive shopping experience.
