About the Role
This part‑time position supports the after‑school program by supervising students and helping deliver scheduled activities under the direction of the ASP director. What You'll Do
- Monitor student behavior and ensure a safe, welcoming atmosphere during after‑school hours
- Assist the ASP director in implementing program activities, including homework help, enrichment projects, and recreational time
- Communicate regularly with program leadership about student needs and any observed concerns
- Help maintain organized spaces and supplies for daily program operations
- Participate in brief staff meetings and training sessions as required
