We are CREALOGIX, a leading provider of digital banking and financial technology solutions, looking for a Technical Business Analyst in Customer Service to shape the further development of our support processes and ensure that inquiries are solved and sustainably improved.

Requirements

  • Completed degree (e.g. Business Information Systems, Business Administration with IT focus) or IT-related training
  • Professional experience in IT support or application environment
  • Experience with web and portal solutions
  • Good technical understanding of digital applications
  • Knowledge of JSON and XML
  • Experience in analyzing log files and simple SQL SELECT queries
  • Praxis in direct customer contact, ideally in the banking sector or in a regulated environment
  • Technical curiosity, e.g. in dealing with low-code platforms
  • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
  • Proactive, team-oriented personality with strong service orientation and very good German (C1) and English (B1) skills
