About the Role

What You'll Do
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Plan and execute trips according to assigned schedules, maintaining accurate logs and documentation.
- Secure and monitor cargo, adhering to 99% no‑touch freight procedures.
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and customers to provide updates on pickup and delivery status.
- Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety protocols while on the road.
- Keep the tractor and trailer clean, report mechanical issues promptly, and assist with basic maintenance.
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL‑A license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and meet all federal medical qualifications.
- Experience with long‑haul, regional, or local driving is preferred but not required.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to spend nights away from home as required by route assignments.
