About the Role

As a Chicken Cook, you will work directly with kitchen staff to prepare menu items according to established recipes and safety guidelines. Your efforts help maintain consistent taste, texture, and presentation across every shift.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook chicken products, sides, and other menu items following standardized recipes.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and optimal doneness.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper sanitation of utensils, equipment, and surfaces.
• Stock ingredients and supplies, rotating stock to uphold freshness standards.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, checking quantities and quality against purchase orders.
• Collaborate with shift leads to prioritize tasks during peak periods.
• Adhere to all company policies, including portion control, waste reduction, and safety protocols.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a fast‑service restaurant kitchen, preferably with poultry or fried foods.
• Ability to follow detailed recipes and cooking procedures with precision.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and adherence to food‑handling regulations.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
