About the Role

In this role you will partner with Amazon Ads teams to design and execute partner‑centric marketing initiatives that combine data insights, marketing technology, and creative execution. You will help build the systems and processes that enable partners to grow their businesses on Amazon.

What You'll Do

• Develop and refine partner growth marketing strategies aligned with Amazon Ads objectives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to select and integrate marketing technology platforms that support partner campaigns.
• Oversee the creation of partner enablement programs, including training materials, co‑marketing assets, and performance dashboards.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Manage cross‑functional project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends in martech, partner marketing, and digital advertising to recommend continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, partner marketing, or marketing technology management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, or advertising technology platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from concept through execution while managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
