What You'll Do

  • Develop and post job advertisements that reach diverse talent pools across Minnesota.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR coordination within a public sector or large organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic HRIS functionalities.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Minnesota state employment regulations and equal opportunity principles.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for crafting clear job descriptions and candidate correspondence.
