About the Role

This full‑time position focuses on delivering efficient recruiting assistance while learning the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process. You will work closely with senior recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain accurate recruitment data.

What You'll Do

• Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified individuals
• Schedule and coordinate phone and video interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain the applicant tracking system with up‑to‑date candidate information
• Communicate regularly with candidates to provide status updates and answer questions
• Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements
• Participate in recruiting meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters and onboarding paperwork
