About the Role

As a Team Member you will support daily operations at the car wash facility, helping guests achieve a spotless vehicle while maintaining a friendly, efficient service environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and assess their wash service needs
• Operate car wash equipment, including pre‑soak, brush, rinse, and drying systems
• Perform interior cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and cleaning windows
• Apply protective coatings, waxes, or sealants as requested
• Monitor supply levels and replenish detergents, towels, and other consumables
• Ensure the wash bay, vacuum area, and customer waiting area remain clean and orderly
• Process payments accurately using point‑of‑sale systems and provide receipts
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation
• Communicate any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer‑service role, preferably in a car wash, retail, or hospitality setting
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
• Strong interpersonal skills and a courteous, professional demeanor
• Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Basic familiarity with car wash equipment or a willingness to learn on the job
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
