About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with the corporate development team to evaluate opportunities that drive GE HealthCare’s strategic expansion. You will contribute to the full transaction lifecycle, from initial idea generation through execution and integration, while collaborating with finance, legal, operations, and business unit leaders.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify potential targets and partnership prospects.
• Build financial models and valuation summaries to support deal evaluation.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials, confidential information memoranda, and transaction summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate due diligence requests, manage data rooms, and track progress of active deals.
• Participate in negotiations and help draft term sheets, agreements, and integration plans under senior guidance.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities and provide regular status reports to management.
• Support post‑close integration efforts to ensure realized synergies and smooth transition.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Interest in the healthcare industry and understanding of its dynamics is advantageous but not required.
