Our Quantitative developers work across all aspects of this system and we’re always on the look out for exceptional quant developers and software engineers who want to help build it. Where you might join depends on your strengths and interests.
What we’re looking for
- Strong programming skills – we primarily work with Python, C++ and Rust, but we care more about how you think than the languages you’ve used.
- Sharp design instincts and experience building or operating distributed systems.
- Genuine curiosity about how systems work: how they fail, how they’re operated, and how they evolve.
- Care for the people and code around you, and the drive to keep making both better.
