About the Role

As a Claims Representative at our Killeen call center, you'll be a frontline professional handling customer interactions focused on claims processing and resolution. What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls and address claims-related inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Gather and verify customer information to process claims accurately and completely
• Document all interactions, communications, and claim details in company systems
• Guide customers through the claims process and explain procedures clearly
• Research and resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory and company guidelines
• Escalate complex claims or customer issues to appropriate departments as needed
• Meet quality and productivity standards while delivering courteous, professional service
