About the Role
Working under the guidance of our Director of Health and Wellness, you'll provide essential support that enables residents to maintain independence and quality of life. This part-time Care Manager position spans all available shifts, offering scheduling flexibility while delivering consistent, high-quality care aligned with each resident's individualized care plan.
What You'll Do
- Provide personal care assistance, including hygiene, grooming, and dressing support
- Support food service and dining experiences that promote resident nutrition and dignity
- Assist with housekeeping and laundry services to maintain comfortable living spaces
- Respond to behavioral needs with patience, empathy, and evidence-based techniques
- Facilitate socialization and recreational activities that engage residents and support their well-being
- Work collaboratively with the care team to implement and maintain each resident's care plan
What We're Looking For
- A caring, patient individual with a genuine commitment to resident care
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and compassion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliability and flexibility with scheduling across different shifts
- Experience in elder care or similar caregiving environments (preferred)
- Physical capability to assist residents with mobility and daily activities
