REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN

BrightSpring Health Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician in Waxhaw, Union County, NC. This is a part-time position supporting youth with developmental disabilities through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy delivered in home and community settings.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician at BrightSpring Health Services, you'll implement individualized ABA treatment plans that help young clients develop essential skills and achieve measurable progress. Working under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, you'll deliver therapeutic interventions in the natural environments where our clients live and spend time, creating real change in their daily functioning and quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Implement customized ABA programs tailored to each youth's developmental needs and treatment objectives
• Execute evidence-based behavioral interventions and therapeutic strategies in home and community settings
• Collect detailed behavioral data and track client progress to guide treatment decisions
• Communicate clinical observations and outcomes with supervising behavior analysts
• Support treatment goals across multiple environments and reinforce learned skills
• Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, and compliance with behavioral health standards
• Partner with families to extend therapeutic gains and build long-term skill development

What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or current eligibility for certification
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and intervention techniques
• Experience or demonstrated ability working with children and youth with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
• Reliable transportation for in-home and community-based service delivery
• Genuine commitment to improving client outcomes and quality of life
