About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our Sanford location running smoothly. This full-time position requires flexibility across all shifts—mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays—to ensure consistent service and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and train team members to deliver quality food and customer service standards
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food preparation protocols
- Manage inventory and help optimize daily operations
- Cover shifts when needed and maintain consistent scheduling across our team
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor food quality and work with kitchen staff to maintain Domino's standards
