Strategy Lead, RWD Commercial Strategy & Innovation

Norstella is looking for a Strategy Lead to drive commercial strategy and innovation around real-world data solutions in Chisolm, Montgomery County. In this full-time role, you'll help define how pharmaceutical and biotech companies unlock value from their data while building sustainable growth pathways for our business.

About the Role

You'll own strategic initiatives in the real-world data commercial space—planning new offerings, understanding customer needs, and building the business cases that move ideas forward. Working across teams, you'll translate market opportunities into concrete strategies that serve both our partners and Norstella's growth objectives.

What You'll Do

• Develop commercial strategies that help pharmaceutical and biotech organizations compete through real-world data insights
• Identify and analyze market opportunities within the RWD landscape to inform long-term planning
• Design new products or services that address gaps in how companies leverage real-world data
• Work with sales, product, and technical teams to shape go-to-market approaches
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech partners
• Create financial models and business cases that justify investment in new strategic initiatives
• Monitor competitive developments and market trends to keep our strategy current

What We're Looking For

• Background developing or executing commercial strategy in life sciences, healthcare, or technology
• Solid understanding of what real-world data is, how it's used, and where it creates value in pharma and biotech
• Ability to think strategically and see connections across markets, customers, and organizational priorities
• Experience working in or leading cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills—able to explain complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Comfort with business analysis, financial modeling, and metric-driven decision making
• Knowledge of how pharmaceutical and biotech companies operate, their constraints, and their business drivers
