What You'll Do

• Receive, verify, and organize materials and finished window products for efficient loading
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and hand trucks, to load trucks for outbound shipment
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain organized and safe working conditions across the loading dock area
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to resolve logistics challenges
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to our zero-incident safety culture
• Document material movements and shipment information accurately

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or similar logistics work
• Ability to organize materials and track details precisely in a dynamic environment
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commit to the evening shift
• Physical capability to handle and move materials regularly, including items up to 50 lbs
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative work style
• Dedication to workplace safety and operational standards
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one preferred
