About the Role

You'll work alongside enterprise clients to unlock competitive advantages through smarter procurement and strategic sourcing practices. Your focus will be identifying untapped savings opportunities, consolidating supplier bases, and designing sourcing strategies that deliver lasting value without compromising operational continuity. You'll influence how leading organizations spend hundreds of millions on goods and services—and help them do it better.

What You'll Do

  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies that align with client financial goals and business priorities
  • Analyze complex spend data and market conditions to pinpoint category-level savings and innovation opportunities
  • Lead supplier evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation processes to achieve optimal value and commercial terms
  • Design procurement process enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen compliance
  • Build compelling business cases for sourcing initiatives and measure post-implementation value realization
  • Partner with client operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
  • Travel up to 60% to meet with clients and deliver hands-on project support

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or management consulting
  • Proven ability to analyze spend data, identify root causes of inefficiency, and translate insights into actionable strategy
  • Strong negotiation background and demonstrated success managing complex supplier relationships
  • Track record leading cross-functional projects with senior stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
  • Advanced Excel capability and comfort with BI tools, analytics platforms, or data visualization software
  • Comfort with frequent travel and ability to build credibility quickly in new client environments
