Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services is hiring a Client Sales Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Bexar County. About the Role
As Client Sales Representative for Virtualite, you'll connect entrepreneurs and organizations with business process outsourcing solutions tailored to their operational needs. You'll guide prospects through discovering how our services can enhance efficiency, boost productivity, and allow them to concentrate on strategic priorities.
What You'll Do
- Build and cultivate client relationships in San Antonio and surrounding markets
- Identify qualified sales opportunities in target industries and business segments
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client operational challenges and objectives
- Present Virtualite's BPO and outsourcing service packages as solutions
- Develop proposals and lead contract negotiations with prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth client implementation and satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Established background in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise account acquisition
- Knowledge of business process outsourcing, virtual services, or operational consulting markets
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities
- Skill in consultative selling and needs-based solution positioning
- Self-directed approach to pipeline management and quota achievement
- Commitment to working full-time on-site at our San Antonio location
