About the Role
As an Outside Regional Sales Consultant based in Salt Lake City, you will represent Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services in the field, connecting entrepreneurs and expanding organizations with virtual support and digital process management solutions. This full-time, in-territory position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on face-to-face selling and is energized by hitting and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities throughout the Salt Lake County region.
- Meet directly with prospective clients to understand their operational needs and present tailored outsourcing solutions.
- Communicate the value of Virtualite's virtual support and digital process management services with clarity and confidence.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships that support retention and account growth.
- Manage your territory pipeline, follow up on leads, and consistently work toward sales goals.
Qualifications
- Genuine motivation and a results-oriented mindset suited to outside, field-based sales.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for engaging decision-makers in person.
- Ability to work independently while managing a regional territory within Salt Lake County.
- Interest in business process outsourcing, virtual support, or digital operations is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
