About the Role
As Data Center Construction QA/QC Manager, you'll oversee construction activities at Oracle data center facilities in the Jackson area, working alongside colocation partners and internal teams. You'll be responsible for maintaining construction quality standards, managing project timelines, controlling costs, and ensuring all work meets design specifications and building requirements.
What You'll Do
- Manage quality control processes across construction phases to verify compliance with design specifications and building codes
- Create, review, and maintain technical documentation including design reviews, commissioning records, and construction problem-solving reports
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, coordinating with colocation partners and construction teams
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality verifications to ensure work meets Oracle standards
- Develop and implement quality assurance and QC procedures specific to data center construction
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and facilities teams to resolve issues and prevent delays
- Prepare progress reports and present findings to internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction quality assurance, project oversight, or data center operations
- Knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and data center infrastructure requirements
- Proven ability to manage projects while maintaining quality and timeline adherence
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
