About the Role
As a Sales Representative for Oracle Applications in the casino vertical, you'll own a portfolio of prospective and existing customer accounts across your assigned territory. Your mission is to identify, engage, and close deals for Oracle's enterprise applications suite—including solutions for gaming operations, hospitality management, finance, and customer analytics. You'll position Oracle's technology to meet the unique demands of modern casino enterprises, working closely with account teams and solution specialists to deliver customer success.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute account strategy for named enterprise accounts and new territory expansion opportunities
- Conduct needs assessments with casino operators, executives, and IT leadership to uncover applications requirements
- Present Oracle solutions, demonstrating ROI and alignment with casino operational priorities
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and deal closure across all customer segments
- Allocate account resources strategically to maximize customer impact and revenue growth
- Collaborate with solution architects, implementation partners, and support teams through the sales cycle
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in gaming, finance, IT, and operations
- Track competitor activity and market trends within the casino technology space
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably selling applications or business systems solutions
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and large account portfolios
- Knowledge of casino operations, gaming technology, or hospitality industry a plus
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Demonstrated success with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota achievement
- Travel willingness for customer engagement and territory coverage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience
