• Partner with business, clinical, and technology leaders to translate healthcare challenges into scalable AI products
• Oversee data architecture and analytics infrastructure that powers evidence-based decision making
• Drive innovation in areas like predictive health modeling, care optimization, and member communications
• Champion responsible AI practices, including ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
• Report to senior leadership and shape organizational strategy around healthcare technology

What We're Looking For

• Proven executive leadership experience scaling AI or advanced analytics in healthcare or similarly complex regulated environments
