About the Role
The Omega Institute seeks reliable, flexible team members for seasonal positions supporting guest services, facility operations, and program logistics during peak summer months. This part-time role offers hands-on work in a vibrant community setting, where you'll gain direct insight into how a leading educational retreat center operates.
What You'll Do
- Support daily operations and guest services across multiple departments
- Contribute to facility maintenance, grounds care, and logistical coordination
- Assist with program setup, materials management, and event preparation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Maintain a positive, supportive presence for program participants and fellow staff
