Caregiver / 2nd Shift

About the Role

As a Caregiver at BrightSpring Health Services, you'll deliver direct, hands-on care to our clients in their homes, working the 2nd shift to meet their unique needs. You'll be integral to our mission of helping individuals achieve their highest quality of life through compassionate, person-centered neuro rehabilitation and daily living support.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Support clients with mobility, transfer assistance, and safe ambulation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to build trust and improve well-being
• Help clients with meal preparation and nutritional support as needed
• Monitor and report on client condition, behavior, and progress to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment for our clients
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of service and quality outcomes
• Respond to client needs with patience, compassion, and professionalism on the 2nd shift schedule

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to work flexible 2nd shift hours in the Holly, Oakland County area
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care instructions precisely
• Physical capability to assist with client mobility and basic care tasks
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes while maintaining professional boundaries
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior caregiving experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to undergo background check and health screenings
