A Place at Home Newton is hiring full-time Caregivers in Auburndale, Newton, Brookline, West Roxbury, and surrounding Middlesex County areas. If you're an experienced caregiver (CNA, HHA, or PCA), this role offers the opportunity to provide dignified care and meaningful support to individuals in their homes.

About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll work directly with clients, delivering personal care and support that enables them to live well and maintain their independence. You'll build genuine relationships, provide attentive assistance, and be an integral part of a dedicated care team committed to client safety and wellbeing.

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques and safety practices
• Offer companionship and emotional encouragement to promote client wellbeing
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
• Observe, monitor, and communicate about client health and changes in condition
• Maintain accurate care records and coordinate with the broader care team
• Honor client privacy, autonomy, and individual preferences in all interactions
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards

What We're Looking For

• Current certification as a CNA, HHA, or PCA with demonstrated home care experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine ability to connect with diverse clients
• Dependable, professional demeanor with commitment to high-quality care delivery
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with supervisors
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for service area accessibility
• Willingness to complete background screening and reference verification
