MasTec Industrial is hiring a full-time Senior Scheduler in Fargo, Cass County to develop and manage construction schedules that keep complex industrial projects on track and on budget.
About the Role
You'll own the creation, monitoring, and performance analysis of comprehensive project schedules that guide execution from mobilization through closeout. Working closely with project managers, field superintendents, owners, and construction partners, you'll identify schedule risks early, model solutions, and ensure the team delivers within contractual timelines and scope.
What You'll Do
- Develop detailed construction schedules using industry-standard planning tools and best practices
- Monitor schedule progress, track critical path activities, and flag emerging delays or risk areas
- Conduct schedule analysis and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on delivery targets
- Coordinate scheduling strategy with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners
- Prepare schedule updates, variance reports, and stakeholder presentations
- Ensure all schedule planning meets contractual requirements and client expectations
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience building and managing schedules on large construction or industrial projects
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software
- Knowledge of construction methods, work sequencing, and job logistics
- Strong communication skills—able to explain schedule impact and trade-offs to diverse teams
- Excellent organizational ability and analytical problem-solving
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and external stakeholders
