About the Role

As a Digital Procurement Manager, you'll lead strategic transformation initiatives that modernize how organizations source, procure, and manage their supply chains. This full-time position is centered on delivering measurable value through process optimization, technology enablement, and operating model redesign that positions clients for sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

• Guide clients through end-to-end procurement modernization programs, from strategy development to execution and results tracking
• Assess current sourcing and procurement operations to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Design digital transformation strategies that enhance procurement capabilities, performance visibility, and competitive positioning
• Develop and implement supply chain operating models aligned with client objectives and market dynamics
• Lead cross-functional engagement to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and procurement platforms
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders on sourcing and procurement complexity

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in procurement management, strategic sourcing, or supply chain optimization and consulting
• Track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives or technology-enabled operational improvements
• Solid knowledge of procurement platforms and digital procurement solutions—familiarity with tools like iValua is a plus
• Ability to engage C-level executives and communicate complex strategy and recommendations clearly
• Strong analytical skills and commitment to delivering measurable business outcomes
• Client-facing or consulting project leadership experience strongly preferred
