Deloitte seeks a Sr Consultant specializing in GCP Cloud Analytics to join our team at William Penn Annex East in Philadelphia County. In this full-time position, you'll architect and implement advanced analytics platforms on Google Cloud Platform, transforming enterprise data into actionable intelligence that drives strategic decision-making and business growth.
About the Role
As a Sr Consultant in GCP Cloud Analytics, you'll partner with enterprise clients to design, build, and scale modern data ecosystems on Google Cloud Platform. You'll translate complex business challenges into sophisticated analytics solutions, guiding organizations through platform selection, infrastructure architecture, and implementation of systems that deliver real-time insights and competitive advantage.
What You'll Do
- Architect end-to-end analytics solutions on Google Cloud Platform aligned with client strategy and technical requirements
- Lead enterprise engagements, defining data strategies and roadmaps for cloud-native analytics implementations
- Design and optimize data pipelines, warehousing infrastructure, and analytics platforms for performance and scalability
- Establish governance frameworks, data quality standards, and security protocols across analytics deployments
- Advise senior stakeholders on GCP analytics capabilities, cost optimization, and emerging technology adoption
- Mentor technical teams and cross-functional partners on cloud data strategy and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Cloud Platform analytics services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Looker, and Pub/Sub
- Extensive experience architecting and deploying enterprise-scale data solutions and cloud analytics platforms
- Strong background in data engineering, cloud infrastructure, analytics system design, and data warehousing
- Proven track record leading complex technical initiatives and providing strategic advisory to executive leadership
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, mathematics, or related discipline
