About the Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to lead dynamic classes and work with clients at our San Mateo studio. You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional Pilates instruction and building a welcoming community for practitioners of all levels.
What You'll Do
- Lead engaging group Pilates classes for clients at various skill levels
- Provide personalized instruction and modifications during sessions
- Create a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and foster community engagement
- Stay current with Pilates techniques, fitness trends, and best practices
- Support studio operations and contribute to a positive team culture
What We're Looking For
- Current Pilates certification or equivalent professional credentials
- Proven experience teaching group fitness classes
- Strong communication and motivational abilities
- Genuine passion for Pilates and commitment to client wellness
- Flexibility with scheduling in a studio-based environment

Compensation
We offer competitive compensation featuring base pay plus per-class instruction rates. Class compensation ranges from $40 to $65 or more depending on your experience and qualifications, with performance bonuses based on class volume taught. Compensation is negotiable for experienced and qualified instructors.
