About the Role
In this position, you'll be central to our restaurant's daily operations. You'll manage customer transactions at our registers and provide attentive table service, all while maintaining the hospitality and efficiency our guests expect from McDonald's in Shelbyville.
What You'll Do
- Process customer orders and payments accurately across multiple payment types
- Greet guests and take table orders with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously to dining tables
- Maintain clean, inviting dining spaces throughout your shift
- Address customer inquiries and special requests with a helpful attitude
- Support the kitchen and management team to keep afternoon and evening service running smoothly
- Help create a welcoming environment where customers want to return
