About the Role
As a Valet Attendant with Parking Management, you'll be the first impression for guests at upscale properties and events throughout Ann Arbor. You'll manage vehicle arrivals and departures with attention to detail, maintain professionalism under pressure, and contribute directly to the guest experience through courteous, efficient service.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide seamless vehicle check-in and retrieval
- Safely operate and park vehicles in designated areas, following all traffic and safety protocols
- Maintain clear communication with team members using radio systems and organizational tools
- Keep parking areas organized, clean, and secure throughout your shift
- Handle guest inquiries professionally and troubleshoot any service issues
- Follow company procedures for vehicle care and guest privacy standards
- Assist with events, conferences, and special occasions requiring coordinated valet operations
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
- Physical capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Attention to detail and responsibility for guest vehicles
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
Compensation & Schedule
Full-time position with base pay and gratuities, averaging $13.00–$20.00 per hour combined. This is a non-exempt role reporting to the Guest Service Coordinator within our Valet Parking Operations department.
