Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC. is seeking a Manufacturing and Warehouse Associate for our Leesport, PA location in Bowmansville, Lancaster County. About the Role
As a Manufacturing and Warehouse Associate, you will be part of our Bowmansville production facility serving customers throughout the United States. This role combines hands-on manufacturing responsibilities with warehouse operations, giving you exposure to modern production equipment and proven techniques in the furniture industry.
What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment to production specifications
- Perform assembly, fabrication, and finishing operations on furniture products
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet company standards before shipment
- Manage materials, components, and finished goods in the warehouse environment
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to supervisors immediately
