Sr. Project Manager

About the Role

As Sr. Project Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end execution of high-impact workplace solutions and real estate development projects. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for major clients—ranging from corporate headquarters to leading universities and healthcare facilities—ensuring projects deliver exceptional results on time and on budget.

What You'll Do

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communication, and expectations throughout project lifecycles
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure project objectives are met
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, designers, contractors, and internal departments
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and adapt plans to changing requirements
• Track progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to executive leadership and clients

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of project management experience, with significant responsibility for large-scale or complex projects
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, budgets, and timelines in fast-paced environments
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring or supervising team members
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in real estate, construction, facilities management, or workplace design a plus
• PMP, PMBOK, or similar certification preferred but not required
