4am Inbound (Stocking) (T2289)

Join Target's early morning team as an Inbound Stocking associate in Tampa, Hillsborough County. This part-time position starts at $15.50 per hour and offers the opportunity to be a key player in our operations and logistics from 4am onwards—helping us deliver the merchandise our guests love.

About the Role

As a member of the Inbound team, you'll be the backbone of Target's distribution process. Working the early morning shift, you'll ensure that products flow smoothly from our receiving dock into our stockroom, then onto our sales floor. This role is built for people who thrive on efficiency, attention to detail, and keeping operations running like clockwork.

What You'll Do

• Unload incoming shipments and verify merchandise against order documentation
• Sort, organize, and properly stage products in the stockroom
• Stock shelves and displays across General Merchandise departments with speed and accuracy
• Inspect items for damage or defects during the receiving process
• Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly
• Maintain a clean, organized backroom to support the entire store's operations
• Follow all Target processes and safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Ability to start work at 4am consistently
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move merchandise regularly
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic ability to follow instructions and written procedures
