About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll shape how our team members experience Caesars every day while building authentic relationships with the Greater New Orleans community. You'll design and execute programs that celebrate our people, amplify our organizational voice, and demonstrate our commitment to the neighborhoods we serve. This is a strategic role that bridges internal culture with external reputation, requiring both creative communication skills and genuine passion for community engagement.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver internal communication campaigns that keep team members informed, inspired, and connected to our mission
• Create and manage employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and reinforce our values
• Coordinate team engagement events, celebrations, and experiences that build a positive workplace culture
• Lead community relations initiatives that strengthen Caesars' presence and goodwill in New Orleans
• Collaborate across departments to gather stories, insights, and feedback that inform communication strategy
• Manage digital and print communication channels to ensure consistent, compelling messaging
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust programs to maximize impact and participation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or community relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an authentic, engaging voice
• Strong project management ability and attention to detail
• Experience designing recognition programs or employee appreciation initiatives
