Branch Manager

PNC seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Imlay City, Lapeer County location and drive customer-centered banking excellence. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build and mentor a high-performing team while growing business and deepening community relationships in Michigan's Lapeer County region.

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you'll oversee daily branch operations, lead a team of banking professionals, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and community stakeholders. You'll combine operational leadership with a focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Manage branch operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, facilities, and compliance with banking regulations
• Lead, develop, and motivate team members through coaching, performance management, and professional development opportunities
• Build and maintain customer relationships; identify cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth across lending and deposit products
• Ensure adherence to PNC policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintain a secure environment and strong internal controls
• Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction
• Represent PNC in the local community and participate in relationship-building activities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of banking or financial services experience, including customer-facing roles
• Proven management experience with ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
• Strong sales acumen and track record of achieving business goals
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory compliance standards
