About the Role
As Store Manager at our Stockton store, you'll own daily operations and set the tone for your team's success. This full-time position combines strategic leadership with hands-on retail management, blending customer engagement with operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Direct store operations, staffing, scheduling, and team performance to meet sales and service goals
- Build and mentor a high-performing team through training, coaching, and continuous development
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention to optimize profitability
- Drive sales initiatives and promotional activities that engage customers and strengthen performance
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, security, and compliance with company standards
- Foster a positive store environment that reflects our brand values and customer expectations
What We're Looking For
- Retail management experience, ideally in specialty or lifestyle retail
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate retail teams
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Demonstrated sales leadership and ability to achieve targets
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard retail operations
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.90 to $24.15, based on experience and qualifications.
