About the Role

As a Food Service Team Member at our Forestville pizzeria, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen and customer-facing operations. This full-time position offers hands-on experience in a fast-casual food environment where speed, accuracy, and teamwork directly impact customer satisfaction and your store's success.

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain food preparation equipment including ovens, sauces, and dough stations
• Receive, verify, and process customer orders via phone, in-store counter, and delivery platforms
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items following company recipes and quality standards
• Stock, organize, and rotate ingredients to ensure availability and freshness throughout your shift
• Interact with customers in a friendly, efficient manner whether they're picking up orders or dining in
• Clean and sanitize all equipment, workstations, and facility areas according to health and safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet order volume and delivery times
