About the Role
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Delinea, you'll generate and develop high-value business opportunities in the identity security and access governance space. You'll be responsible for pipeline creation, prospect engagement, and relationship development with enterprise-level contacts. Your efforts will directly support Delinea's growth strategy and sales team expansion.
What You'll Do
- Identify, research, and engage enterprise prospects through strategic outreach campaigns
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit and revenue potential
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the enterprise account executive team to transition qualified opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of Delinea's identity security platform and its business value
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity metrics in our CRM system
- Hit monthly and quarterly targets while continuously refining your prospecting approach
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales development or inside sales experience, ideally selling to enterprise accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—ability to connect with C-level and technical personas
- Self-motivated and energized by achieving targets and building sales pipelines
- Comfort with CRM platforms and sales tools; ability to learn new software quickly
- Interest in enterprise security, identity management, or cybersecurity solutions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the sales team
