Hankey Group External is hiring an Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, to build and manage relationships with dealerships across an assigned territory, driving growth through floorplan financing solutions.
About the Role
As an Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager, you'll own a geographic territory and grow our customer base of independent and franchise automotive dealerships. This is a hands-on, sales-focused position where you'll develop business within your region, manage existing accounts, and identify new dealership prospects seeking inventory financing solutions.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and onboard new dealerships to floorplan financing programs within your assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership principals, general managers, and finance staff
- Present financing options, pricing, and program benefits tailored to dealership needs
- Develop territory business plans and track progress against sales targets
- Educate dealerships on how floorplan financing accelerates inventory turnover and improves cash flow
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support
- Monitor territory performance and provide regular market feedback to management
What We're Looking For
- Experience in automotive sales, lending, dealership relations, or territory management
- Strong ability to build trust and close complex B2B sales
- Knowledge of auto dealership operations, inventory management, or floorplan financing (preferred)
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable with in-territory travel and face-to-face client meetings
- Professional communication skills and attention to detail
