What You'll Do

• Execute complex metal fabrication tasks with high precision, interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Operate and maintain specialized fabrication equipment and machinery
• Oversee fabrication workflows and mentor junior team members
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
• Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and implement practical solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and meet project timelines
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols
