About the Role
As our Property Manager and Leasing Agent, you'll be the face of our communities—the trusted professional residents and prospects turn to with questions, concerns, and lease matters. You'll balance tenant relations with property operations, ensuring our communities thrive while maintaining the standards Larkin Hospitality is known for.
What You'll Do
- Show residential units to prospective tenants and guide them through the leasing process
- Screen lease applications and execute tenant agreements in compliance with fair housing regulations
- Maintain high occupancy rates through proactive marketing, resident retention, and community engagement
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests, concerns, and inquiries
- Collect rent, process payments, and track financial records accurately
- Conduct regular property inspections and document maintenance needs
- Enforce lease terms consistently and professionally, handling conflicts with professionalism
- Maintain compliance documentation and ensure all property operations meet company and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in residential property management, leasing, or related customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you'll build relationships with diverse residents daily
- Ability to balance tenant service with business objectives and policy enforcement
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to record-keeping and compliance
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Familiarity with leasing software and property management systems is a plus
