Senior Test Technician – 1st Shift

About the Role

As a Senior Test Technician working first shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday), you'll be essential to our quality assurance operations. This is a hands-on position where your technical expertise and precision directly impact the reliability and performance of products used in scientific research and diagnostics. You'll work in a dynamic testing environment where accuracy and safety are paramount.

What You'll Do

• Perform systematic testing and validation of instruments and equipment according to established protocols and specifications
• Operate specialized testing equipment and accurately document results and observations
• Conduct troubleshooting and identify performance discrepancies requiring further investigation
• Maintain detailed records and ensure all testing data meets quality and compliance standards
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, lab coat, gloves, ear protection, and gowning
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and enhance testing processes
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds without assistance as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Test Technician or in a similar technical testing and validation role
• Strong ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain precise, accurate documentation
• Physical capability to regularly lift 40 pounds without assistance
• Comfort working in an environment requiring personal protective equipment
• Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety standards
• Availability for Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM schedule, with overtime as needed
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills
