About the Role

Deloitte's Human Capital practice partners with organizations to reimagine their workforce strategies, operational processes, and workplace environments. As a senior consultant focused on UKG PRO WFM Time Keeping systems, you'll combine deep product expertise with change management acumen to help clients optimize their workforce management capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and align their talent strategies with broader business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead functional transformation initiatives for clients implementing or optimizing UKG PRO WFM Time Keeping solutions
• Design and configure time and attendance workflows, policies, and business rules within UKG PRO to meet client-specific requirements
• Conduct process assessments and recommend optimization strategies for workforce planning, scheduling, and compliance management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, HR operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, system capabilities, and industry standards in workforce management
• Develop and deliver training materials and change communication to drive client adoption and proficiency
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge management initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in UKG PRO WFM Time Keeping module implementation and configuration
• Senior-level consulting or functional advisory experience in workforce management, HCM systems, or related enterprise solutions
• Strong understanding of time and attendance management processes, payroll integration, and labor compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across organizational levels
• Client-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation initiatives
