About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our Pittsburgh office. In this role, you will represent individual clients and families in civil personal injury cases against insurance companies, large corporations, and manufacturers of defective products. You'll manage cases from intake through trial, advocating for clients who have been harmed and deserve fair compensation.
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in personal injury litigation matters, including motor vehicle accidents, product liability, premises liability, and wrongful death claims
- Investigate claims, interview clients and witnesses, and evaluate case merit and potential damages
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance company representatives
- Prepare cases for trial and advocate for clients in court proceedings
- Collaborate with paralegals, client support staff, and attorneys across our nationwide network
What We're Looking For
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania with a J.D. from an accredited law school
- Professional experience in personal injury or civil litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent ability to communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Detail-oriented with strong case management and organizational abilities
- Dedication to client advocacy and consumer protection
