This is an on-site position where you'll play a critical role in maintaining the equipment, facilities, and systems that keep our kitchen and dining areas running smoothly every single day.

About the Role

As a Maintenance team member at this independently operated McDonald's franchise location, you'll be responsible for the upkeep and repair of all restaurant equipment, facilities, and systems. This is hands-on work that requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to food safety and health standards. You'll work a full-time schedule to ensure our restaurant maintains the highest operational standards.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, refrigeration units, and beverage dispensers
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to health and safety regulations
• Document maintenance activities and equipment issues for management review
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant staff
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a restaurant, food service, or hospitality setting
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to use common tools and diagnostic equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliability and availability for a full-time schedule
• Knowledge of food service equipment and safety standards is a plus
