About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Hollandia Dairy in your community. This position combines direct customer engagement, brand representation, and community presence to increase awareness and loyalty for our dairy products. You'll work flexible hours that vary week to week, with opportunities during peak customer times including evenings and weekends.
What You'll Do
- Represent Hollandia Dairy at community events, retail locations, and sampling opportunities
- Engage directly with customers to share information about our dairy products and brand story
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to build brand awareness and loyalty
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and local partners
- Communicate brand values and product benefits in an authentic, approachable manner
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to support brand development
What We're Looking For
- Genuine enthusiasm for dairy products and the Hollandia Dairy brand
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to represent the brand professionally and engage diverse audiences
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
- Local availability in the San Marcos area
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in different locations within San Diego County
