About the Role
As a Store Office Clerk at our Haleiwa store, you'll manage administrative functions that keep our operations efficient and customer-focused. Working full-time (40 hours per week) at $20.58 per hour, you'll coordinate with management, handle office systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments. Evening and weekend availability is essential for this position—candidates with flexible, open availability will be prioritized in the hiring process.
What You'll Do
- Process customer inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate departments
- Maintain detailed store records and administrative documentation
- Support staff scheduling and coordinate personnel matters
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and filing organization
- Assist with cash management and basic financial record-keeping
- Collaborate with managers to prioritize daily operational tasks
